Simulation data

Simulation data:

Pressing F5, F6, F7, or F8 will cause the following information to be displayed on the status bar:

F5 The acceleration (in 'meters per second' per second) at the point identified by the mouse cursor is displayed. If the mouse cursor is over an object, the acceleration is shown as zero.
F6 The simulated time and the current time warp factor are shown. Gravel calculates the acceleration of the objects at a resolution of one simulated second, but tends to take far less than a second to do so. Therefore time in the simulation will run faster than in reality.
F7 Data on the 'Info Object' is displayed. The info object can be selected by pressing SHIFT-PgUp / SHIFT-PgDn, or by right clicking on an object.
F8 A connection between the 'Info Object' and the 'Central Object' is drawn. The central object can be selected by pressing PgUp / PgDn, or by left clicking on an object.

Pressing NumPad-0 switches data display off.
